The latest round of Inter-Korean talks has ended on South Korea's Jeju Island without a firm commitment by North Korea to return to six-party talks on its nuclear program.
Cabinet-level officials from South and North Korea issued a statement today (Friday) pledging to cooperate on seeking a peaceful resolution to the issue. But the statement did not mention whether Pyongyang would return to the talks.
