이들 전문가들은 이번 주 발표된 국제원자력기구 IAEA의 새 보고서를 바탕으로 이같이 평가했습니다.
IAEA 보고서는 이달 초 현재, 이란은 원자폭탄 1개를 만들 수 있는 6백 30kg의 저농축 우라늄을 만들었다고 밝혔습니다.

A U.S. newspaper says scientists believe Iran has stockpiled enough uranium to make one nuclear weapon, if the material is further enriched.
Scientists interviewed by "The New York Times" say before Iran can make a weapon, it still has to purify the nuclear fuel and put it into a warhead design. They add it is unclear whether Iran actually knows how to design a bomb.
The experts based their assessment on a new report by the U.N. International Atomic Energy Agency this week.
The report says that as of early this month, Iran had made 630 kilograms of low-enriched uranium - enough for a nuclear bomb.
One of the scientists (Siegfried Hecker, the former director of America's Los Alamos weapons laboratory) says the stockpile underscores that Iran is "marching down the path to developing the nuclear weapons option."
