말리키 총리는 12일 요르단의 나데르 알-다하비 총리와도 만나 요르단의 석유 필요분을 논의할 예정입니다.
이라크는 이라크 전쟁으로 인해 요르단과의 무역이 끊긴지 4년만인 지난해 요르단에 석유를 저가에 다시 공급하기 시작했습니다.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki is in Jordan for talks on security issues and the countries' political and oil ties.
Jordan's Royal Palace says King Abdullah told Mr. Maliki in Amman today (Thursday) that Jordan supports efforts to protect Iraq's unity, security and stability. The King emphasized the importance of Iraq improving relations with other Arab nations.
Mr. Maliki also will meet Jordanian Prime Minister Nader al-Dahabi today for talks expected to focus on Jordan's oil needs.
Iraq resumed supplies of discounted oil to Jordan last year, four years after the Iraq war disrupted the trade.
Iraq has agreed to eventually ship 100-thousand barrels of oil a day, but the supply Jordan currently receives is only a fraction of what it needs.
Before the Iraq war erupted in 2003, Jordan relied entirely on discounted Iraqi oil.
