한편 누리 알 말리키 이라크 총리는 이라크군에 시아파 민병대의 공격 저지를 명령했습니다.

Baghdad has been plagued by a surge in violence after months of relative security following an increase of U.S. troops in Iraq. At least 20 people were killed and 20 others wounded Friday when a suicide bomber struck a funeral north of Baghdad.
Meanwhile, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has ordered his forces to stop raids against suspected Shi'ite militants.
In a statement released Friday, Mr. Maliki also offered an amnesty to those who took part in last week's Basra violence, if they lay down their weapons.
