프랑크 발트너 스타인마이에르 장관은 22일 베를린에서 유엔 안전보장 이사회 5개 상임이사국 외무장관들과 만나고 난 후 그같이 말했습니다.
유엔 안보리는 우라늄 농축을 중단하라는 요구를 거부한 이란에 대해 두 차례 제재를 부과했습니다.
이보다 앞서 이란은 독일과 유엔 안보리 상임이사국 외무장관 회담에 앞서, 새로운 제재가 이란의 핵 계획 추구를 막지 못할 것이라고 주장했습니다.

Germany's foreign minister says world powers have agreed on the content of a new U.N. sanctions resolution aimed at pressuring Iran to curb its nuclear activities.
Frank-Walter Steinmeier spoke after he and foreign ministers from the five permanent U.N. Security Council members (the U.S., Britain, France, Russia and China) met today (Tuesday) in Berlin.
The Security Council already has imposed two sets of sanctions on Iran for its failure to suspend uranium enrichment -- a process that can be used to make nuclear weapons.
Before today's meeting, Iran said new sanctions would not stop it from pursuing a nuclear program.
In related news, Iranian state media say Russia has delivered a fifth shipment of nuclear fuel to Iran's first nuclear power plant at Bushehr. Russia is finishing construction of the Bushehr plant in southern Iran.
