But Attorney General Hendarman Supandji said today (Monday) that although Mr. Suharto is sick, he is still being represented by lawyers.
The anti-corruption organization Transparency International estimates that Mr. Suharto embezzled 15 billion to 35 billion dollars during his time in office.
Doctors treating the 86-year-old former dictator said today (Monday) he is conscious and his blood pressure has stabilized.
Mr. Suharto was admitted to Jakarta's Pertamina hospital Friday suffering from low blood pressure and excess fluids throughout his body, brought on by heart and kidney problems.
