북 핵 6자회담의 수석대표인 크리스토퍼 힐 미 국무부 동아시아 태평양 담당 차관보는 북한이 완전한 핵목록 신고를 하지 않았다고 밝혔습니다.
힐 차관보는 오늘 일본 도쿄에서 일본측 6자회담 수석대표인 사사에 겐이치로 외무성 아시아.대양주국장을 만나 북한의 핵 신고는 완전하고 정확해야 한다고 말했습니다. 그는 “우리는 90퍼센트가 아닌 100퍼센트의 신고를 바라고 있다”고 말했습니다.
북한은 6자회담 10.3 합의에 따라 지난 12월 31일까지 주요 핵시설들을 불능화하고 모든 핵 프로그램에 대해 신고하기로 약속했었습니다.
힐 차관보는 자신은 북한의 핵목록 신고 지체가 2.13 합의를 와해할 것으로는 생각하지 않는다고 말했습니다.
힐 차관보는 나리타 공항에서 기자들에게 일본에 이어 한국과 중국, 러시아를 차례로 방문해 북 핵 협상과 관련해 향후 몇주 내 취해야 할 조치에 대한 각국의 입장을 비교할 방침이라고 밝혔습니다.

The chief U.S. nuclear negotiator on North Korea, Christopher Hill, says the Pyongyang government has not provided a complete declaration of its nuclear programs.
Hill met with his Japanese counterpart, Kenichiro Sasae, in Tokyo today (Monday) and said any declaration from North Korea must be complete and correct. He said, "We don't need a 90 percent declaration, we need a 100 percent declaration."
North Korea had until December 31st to disable its key nuclear facilities and give a full declaration of its other nuclear programs as part of a deal with the United States, South Korea, Japan, China and Russia.
But Hill said he was optimistic that the delay would not destroy the breakthrough deal reached in February of last year.
