이스라엘의 안보 관계관들은 이란이 지난 2003년에 비밀 핵무기 개발 계획을 중단했다는 최근 미 정보 보고서에 이의를 제기하기 위해 이들 대표단이 지난 주 미국에 도착했다고 말했습니다.
이들 이스라엘 전문가들은 그때 이후 이란은 서방 정부 기관들에게 세부 사항이 전면 알려지지 않은 새로운 생산 노선을 시작했다고 주장할 것으로 보입니다.
이스라엘의 아비 딕터 안보 장관은 앞서 15일 미국의 이같은 정보 보고서는 또다른 중동전으로 이어질 수도 있는 잘못된 견해가 포함돼 있다고 경고했습니다.
한편 이스라엘의 에후드 올메르트 총리는 16일 자국 각료들에게 이란의 핵무기 개발 계획과 미국의 정보 보고서에 관한 개인적인 견해 표명을 피할 것을 촉구했습니다.

An Israeli delegation is making an unscheduled visit to the United States in an effort to convince U.S. officials that Iran is still developing nuclear weapons.
Israel security officials say the delegation arrived in the U.S. in the past week to try to counter a recent U.S. intelligence report that said Iran stopped a secret nuclear weapons program in 2003.
The Israeli experts are expected to argue that since then Iran has started a new production line whose details are not fully known to Western intelligence agencies.
Israeli Public Security Minister Avi Dichter warned Saturday that the U.S. intelligence report contains "misconceptions" that could lead to another Mideast war.
Today (Sunday), Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert urged Israeli ministers to avoid expressing personal views on Iran's nuclear ambitions and the U.S. report.
