이번주 발표된 미국 정보기관 보고서는 조지 부시 미 행정부의 기존 견해와 달리 이란이 4년 전 핵 무기 프로그램 개발을 중단했다고 밝혔습니다.
부시 대통령은 4일 백악관에서 기자들에게 새로운 조사 보고서의 내용은 이란이 핵프로그램 개발을 다시 시작할 수 있다는 경고 신호라고 본다고 밝혔습니다.
부시 대통령은 미국은 국제 사회에 이란이 핵 무기 연료 개발의 핵심 과정인 우라늄 농축을 중단하도록 압력을 넣는 노력을 계속할 것이라고 덧붙였습니다.
