The U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote today (Thursday) on a bill that would hold private security firms working overseas for the U.S. government accountable for any criminal actions.
The measure seeks to update a current law that subjects private contractors who support U.S. military operations to criminal prosecution in federal courts.
