한편, 이보다 앞서 18일, 지난 달 이후 한국인 인질 19명을 억류하고 있는 탈레반은 한국측과의 협상이 실패했다면서,
탈레반 지도위원회가 인질들의 운명을 결정할 것이라고 말했습니다.
탈레반은 지난 달 19일 한국인 23명을 납치했습니다. 지난 주 여성인질 2명이 석방됐지만, 남성인질 2명은 지난 달 탈레반에 살해됐습니다.

An Afghan television station has aired video of a German aid worker who was kidnapped Saturday by militants in Kabul.
The woman, speaking in Dari and English, said she was "okay" and called on her government to help secure her release. She identified herself as Christina Meier.
A man in the video (wearing sunglasses and a headscarf) demanded that the Afghan government release a number of unidentified prisoners. He said the kidnappers are "not bad people," describing them as a "special group".
Afghan authorities say they believe the Taleban is not involved in the abduction.
Gunmen acosted the aid worker Saturday inside a Kabul restaurant. The German woman is a member of the group Ora International, a Christian relief organization.
On Friday, militants abducted four engineers from a bridge construction site in Kandahar province.
