이것은 지난 2002년 북한이 국제원자력기구 사찰요원들을 추방한 이후 이 기구 관계자의 처음 방문이 됩니다.

A top U.S. official says lifting sanctions on North Korea will take time, and will depend on Pyongyang's compliance with promises it made last month to abandon its nuclear weapons program.
Speaking in Tokyo today (Friday), U.S. Deputy Secretary of State John Negroponte said North Korea will have to meet many aspects of compliance with the agreement before sanctions could begin to be removed.
The agreement reached (during six-nation nuclear talks) in Beijing last month calls on North Korea to dismantle its nuclear facilities in exchange for fuel aid and steps to normalize relations with the United States.
Meanwhile, United Nations officials today said International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei will travel to North Korea March 13th. It will be the first visit since IAEA inspectors were expelled in 2002.
