이란과 수단은 각각 핵 계획과 유엔 평화유지군 다르푸르 배치 허용 거부 문제로 유엔 안전보장 이사회의 압력을 받고 있습니다.
한편, 국제형사재판소는 27일 수단 정부 당국자 1명과 친 정부 민병대 지도자 1명을 다르푸르 학살에 연루된 전범 용의자로 기소했습니다.
수단은 그같은 결정을 거부하고 두 사람의 신병 인도를 거부하고 있습니다.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is in Khartoum for talks with Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir and
other officials.
Mr. Ahmadinejad arrived in the Sudanese capital today (Wednesday) for a two-day visit.
Both Iran and Sudan are under pressure from the United Nations Security Council -- Iran for its nuclear
program and Sudan for refusing to allow U.N. peacekeepers in the Darfur region.
On Tuesday, the International Criminal Court named a Sudanese government official (Ahmed Mohammed Harun) and a pro-government militia leader (Ali Mohammed Ali Abd-al-Rahman) as war crimes suspects for atrocities in Darfur.
Sudan rejected the court decision and is refusing to surrender the men for trial.
