회교도 군지도자들이 28일 모가디슈를 떠나자 총격전과 약탈 사건들이 발생한지 하루가 지난 29일 시내는 고요한 것으로 보도되고 있습니다.
회교도 군지도자들은 29일 자신들은 항복하지 않고 계속해서 정부군과 싸울 것이라고 말했습니다. 그들은 자신들이 철수한 이유는 유혈사태를 피하기 위해서라고 말했습니다.

Somalia's interim Prime Minister Ali Mohamed Gedi has entered the capital Mogadishu, a day after Islamist forces abandoned the city.
Mr. Gedi is touring the city in a heavily armed convoy. He says his government now has the difficult task of rebuilding the lawless city and restoring security.
Government forces and their Ethiopian allies are already visiting key installations in the capital, including the airport and seaport.
The city is reported to be relatively calm today (Friday), after a day of looting and gunbattles that erupted when the Islamist leaders left the capital Thursday.
The Islamist leaders said today they will not surrender and will continue to fight government forces. They say they retreated to avoid bloodshed.
Government officials are vowing to pursue the Islamic fighters.
