한국의 충청남도 아산의 한 오리농장에서 고병원성 조류 독감이 추가 발생했다고 관리들이 21일 전했습니다. 이는 이달 들어 네번째 발생입니다.
한국의 농림부 관리들은 조류 독감의 확산을 막기 위해서 발생농가 3 킬로미터 이내 가금류 2만여 마리를 살처분할 계획입니다. 또 반경 10 킬로미터 이내 가금류의 이동을 통제하기로 했습니다.
문제의 오리농장은 서울에서 약 92 킬로미터 떨어진 경기도 아산에 위치해있습니다. 이에 앞서 이번 달에 서울에서 약 170 킬로미터 떨어진 전라북도의 농장 3곳에서도 조류독감이 발생한바 있습니다.

Officials in South Korea say they have discovered another case of highly contagious bird flu at a duck farm in the southern part of the country The case is the fourth in just one month.
Agriculture Ministry officials plan to begin destroying more than 20-thousand poultry within a three-kilometer radius of the duck farm.
They also will restrict the movement of poultry within a 10-kilometer radius to keep the disease from spreading.
The duck farm is located in Asan, about 92 kilometers south of the capital, Seoul.
The three other cases of bird flu were found at farms in North Cholla province, around 170 kilometers south of the capital.
