중국 유난성 당국은 모든 주민들이 결혼하기 전에 후천성면역결핍증 바이러스, H.I.V. 검사를 받도록 의무화하는 법을 제정했습니다.
유난성 당국의 주민들의 결혼전 H.I.V. 검사 의무화법은 다음 달부터 후천성면역결핍증, 에이즈 발생 상황이 심각한 지역을 집중적으로 시행되며 검사는 무료로 실시된다고 중국 관영 신화통신이 보도했습니다.
지난 9월말 현재 올해 중국의 H.I.V.와 에이즈 감염은 4만7천 건에 달한 것으로 보고됐으며 유난성은 이 가운데 4분의 1로 최대 감염율을 나타냈습니다.
중국의 H.I.V. 보균자수는 65만 명으로 추산되며 이 가운데 에이즈 발병환자가 7만5천 명인 것으로 집계되고 있습니다.

China's Yunnan province has passed a regulation requiring all residents to take an H.I.V. test before marriage.
The official Xinhua news agency reported (Saturday) that the test will be offered free of charge starting next month and will target areas where the AIDS situation is grave.
Yunnan has the highest rate of H.I.V. and AIDS in China, accounting for about a quarter of the national total with just over 47-thousand cases recorded at the end of September.
Xinhua says China has an estimated 650-thousand people living with H.I.V., including 75-thousand people who have developed AIDS.
