러시아의 탄도 미사일 시험발사가 실패했다고 러시아 당국이 밝혔습니다.
러시아 해군은 성명을 통해 러시아 서북부 바렌츠해의 일부인 백해에서 핵잠수함 드미트리 돈스코이호로부터 미사일이 발사된 직후 동강나 바다에 추락했다고 말했습니다. 이 번에 실패한 러시아 탄도 미사일은 러시아 동북부를 가로질러 태평양의 캄차카 반도 사격시험장을 목표로 했었습니다.
러시아의 불라바 탄도 미사일은 여섯 개의 개별목표 핵탄두를 장착할 수 있으며 8천 킬로미터까지 도달할 수 있는 것으로 알려졌으나 지난 9월 시험발사에서도 실패했었습니다.

Russian authorities say an experimental ballistic missile launched from a nuclear submarine in the White Sea has veered off course and crashed into the sea. A Russian Navy statement said the missile broke up shortly after its launch from the submarine Dmitry Donskoy.
The missile flight was to have crossed far northern Russia to a Pacific target range on the Kamchatka Peninsula. The failed test is the second in six weeks involving a "Bulava" missile.
Another solid-fuel Bulava fired from the same submarine fell into the White Sea moments after launch on September seventh. That missile had a reported range of eight thousand kilometers, and could carry six individually-targeted nuclear warheads. The military said in September that four earlier tests had been successful.
