레바논의 엘리아스 무르 국방장관은 이스라엘과의 휴전을 위반하는 단체는 누구든 반역자로 간주될 것이며 단호히 대처할 것이라고 말했습니다.
무르 장관은 이스라엘에 로켓 공격을 가하는 사람은 이스라엘에 레바논 공격의 빌미를 주게 될 것이라면서 휴전 위반자들은 체포돼 군사법원에서 재판을 받을 것이라고 말했습니다.
무르 장관의 이날 경고는 헤즈볼라 무장세력을 구체적으로 언급한 것은 아닙니다. 후아드 시니오라 레바논 총리는 20일 이스라엘의 집중 공습을 받은 베이루트 남부를 둘러본 뒤 파괴현장은 이스라엘이 인도주의 범죄를 저질렀음을 보여준다고 말했습니다.
한편 코피 아난 유엔 사무총장은 이스라엘 특공대의 레바논 동부 침공에 심각한 우려를 갖고 있다고 말했습니다.
그러나 이스라엘 관리들은 레바논 내 발벡시 부근에 대한 이번 공격은 헤즈볼라의 재무장을 막기 위한 방어작전이라면서 휴전 위반이 아니라고 주장했습니다.

Lebanon's defense minister says any group that breaks the ceasefire with Israel will be considered a traitor and will be dealt with decisively.
Elias Murr says anyone who fires a rocket at Israel would be giving the Jewish state a pretext to strike Lebanon. He says ceasefire violators will be arrested and tried by a military court.
Murr did not specifically direct the warning at Hezbollah.
Also today (Sunday), Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Siniora toured Beirut's heavily bombed southern suburbs. He told journalists that the destruction shows Israel committed crimes against humanity during the fighting.
On Saturday, U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan voiced concern over an Israeli commando raid in eastern Lebanon earlier in the day.
Israeli officials say the raid was a defensive operation to stop Hezbollah from being re-armed and did not violate the ceasefire.
