베네주엘라는 세계 4번째의 최대 석유 생산국입니다.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has begun a two-day visit to Vietnam by signing an energy cooperation agreement with President Nguyen Minh Triet.
Mr. Chavez arrived in Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, today (Monday) and was greeted with military honors.
He vowed to help Vietnam develop refineries to complement its oil and gas industries. Venezuela is the world's fourth largest oil producer.
The Venezuelan leader also praised Vietnam for its history of fighting what he called "imperialism."
Mr. Chavez is on a world tour seeking support in his campaign to counter the global influence of the United States and build what he calls a "multi-polar world". He has already visited past and present political adversaries of the U.S., including Belarus, Russia and Iran.
