파키스탄 당국자들은 지난 주 발루치스탄 지역에서 탈레반 무장 세력과 연계된 것으로 의심되는 아프가니스탄 국적의 58명을 추방했다고 밝혔습니다.
이들 58명은 발루치스탄 주도 퀘타 전역에서의 기습작전에서 검거된 200여명의 아프간인들 가운데 일부입니다. 이들은 파키스탄에서 불법 체류중인 아프간인들을 체포하기 위한 광범위한 작전의 일환으로 검거됐습니다.

Pakistani authorities say they have deported 58 Afghan nationals arrested last week in Baluchistan province for suspected links with Taleban militants.
The men were among more than 200 Afghan nationals detained in raids across the provincial capital, Quetta. The arrests were part of a wider operation aimed at capturing Afghans living illegally in Pakistan.
Police say that among those caught was a former commander of Taleban forces in southern Afghanistan, as well as students from local Islamic seminaries, known as madrassas.
The raids followed months of pressure from the Kabul government, the U.S.-led coalition and NATO forces in neighboring Afghanistan, who want Islamabad to act more forcefully against Taleban remnants hiding in Pakistan.
