또한 에미르 죤스 패리 유엔주재 영국 대사도 프랑스 대사의 생각과 유사한 견해를 표명했습니다. 북한을 제재하기 위해 일본이 제출한 결의안 초안 표결은 이날 두 번째로 연기된 가운데 외교접촉이 진행되고 있습니다.중국의 후진타오 국가주석은 이보다 앞서 중국은 한반도의 상황을 악화시킬 그 어떤 조치에도 반대한다고 밝힌 바 있습니다.

U.N. ambassadors from France and Britain say China has indicated it will veto a U.N. Security Council draft resolution that imposes sanctions on North Korea for its missile tests last week.
French Ambassador Jean Marc de la Sabliere told reporters today (Tuesday) that when a permanent member of the Security Council says a resolution will not pass, things are clear. He did not mention China by name.
British Ambassador Emyr Jones Parry expressed similar sentiments.
Japan has proposed a resolution that would impose sanctions on North Korea for the missile tests. The Security Council has delayed a vote on the measure for a second day to allow more time for diplomacy.
Chinese President Hu Jintao said today (Tuesday) that his country opposes any action that will aggravate the situation on the Korean peninsula.
