이라크 보안 관리들은 위장복을 입은 무장괴한들이 하리드 부장관의 차량을 가로막은 뒤 그를 납치해 갔다고 밝혔습니다. 하리드 부장관과 함께 최소한 11명의 경호원도 함께 납치됐습니다.
바그다드에서는 최근 납치가 성행하고 있는 가운데 수니파 국회의원들은 지난 1일 수니파에 속한 한 의원이 경호원들과 함께 납치되자 의회 출석을 거부하고 있습니다.

Iraq's deputy minister of electricity has been kidnapped in Baghdad along with a number of his bodyguards.
Security officials say gunmen wearing camouflage uniforms intercepted the convoy of Raad al-Harith and took him away. They say at least 11 bodyguards also were kidnapped.
Kidnappings have become rampant in Baghdad. Sunni lawmakers have been boycotting parliament since a Sunni legislator (Taiseer al-Mashhadani) was kidnapped with seven of her bodyguards on Saturday.
