미쿨라스 주린다 총리의 중도 우파 정당, 슬로바키아 민주 기독 연맹은 18퍼센트가 약간 넘는 지지를 얻었습니다.
슬로바키아 국민들은 주린다 총리 재임하에서 경제적 성장을 구가했으나 피코 후보는 주린다 총리의 정책들이 주로 외국의 투자자들과 부유층들을 위한 것이라고 말하고 있습니다.

Election officials say Slovakia's leftist opposition party won Saturday's legislative elections, but does not have a full majority.
Officials (The Slovak Statistical Office) announced today (Sunday) that Robert Fico's Smer party won more than 29 percent of the votes. Prime Minister Mikulas Dzurinda's center-right Slovak Democratic and Christian Union came in second with just over 18 percent.
Slovakia enjoyed steady economic growth under Mr. Dzurinda, but Fico says the government's policies have mostly favored foreign investors and the wealthy.
