아랍에미리트연합을 방문중인 노무현 한국 대통령은 13일, 아랍에미리트와 원유 국제공동비축사업 협정에 서명했습니다.
관리들은 이날 두 나라가 원유 공동비축사업 협정을 비롯해 경제 무역및 기술협력, IT협력, 자원에너지협력, 건설협력, 중소기업분야 협력, 투자협력 양해각서 등 모두 6개의 정부 비정부간 협정과 양해각서에 서명했다고 밝혔습니다. 아랍에미리트연합은 노무현 대통령의 중동3개국 순방중 두번째 방문국입니다.
이에 앞서 노 대통령은 아제르바이잔을 방문해 일함 알리예프 대통령과 정상회담을 가졌습니다. 두 정상은 카스피해의 아제르바이잔 석유자원을 공동개발하는 예비협정에 서명했습니다.

South Korean President Roh Moo-Hyun has signed an oil stockpiling deal with the United Arab Emirates.
Officials say the two countries signed several agreements today (Saturday), including one that would expand joint petroleum storage projects and increase energy cooperation.
The UAE is the second stop in a three-country swing through the Middle East for President Roh. Earlier this week, he visited Azerbaijan, where he met with President Ilham Aliyev. They signed a preliminary deal to jointly develop Azerbaijan's oil resources in the Caspian Sea.
The visits to Azerbaijan and the UAE were the first ever for a South Korean president.
President Roh completes the three-country tour Sunday with a visit to Dubai.
