삼하다나가 이끄는 PRC는 최근 몇 주일 동안 가자 지구로부터 이스라엘로 사제 로케트포가 여러 차례 발사된 것이 자신들의 소행이라고 주장해왔습니다.

The head of the Hamas-led Palestinian Interior Ministry has named a renowned militant wanted by Israel as head of a new security branch to be made up of anti-Israeli militants.
Interior Minister Said Siyam announced the appointment of Jamal Abu Samhadana - the commander of the militant Popular Resistance Committees - as director-general of the Interior Ministry.
Samhadana's Resistance Committees has claimed responsibility for many of the homemade rockets fired into Israel from the Gaza Strip in recent weeks. He is said to have been the target of several Israeli assassination attempts.
Thursday's appointment is widely seen as an attempt by Hamas to wrest overall control of Palestinian security forces from moderate Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. Mr. Abbas' Fatah party was routed by Hamas in parliamentary elections in January.
