국제원자력기구 IAEA 모하메드 엘바라데이 사무총장은 이란에게 우라늄 농축활동을 중단하라고 다시 촉구했습니다.
멜리사 플레밍 IAEA 대변인은 엘바라데이 사무총장이 13일, 테헤란에서이란 원자력기구 의장인 골람레자 아그하자데 부통령과 회담을 가진 자리에서 이같이 촉구했다고 밝혔습니다.
엘바라데이 사무총장은 한편, 이란이 핵발전소에서 사용되는 수준의 농축 우라늄을 생산했는지를 자신은 아직 확인하지 않았다고 말했습니다.
엘바라데이 사무총장의 이란 핵개발 계획문제에 관한 유엔 안전보장 이사회 보고 마감일은 오는 28일입니다.

The head of the U.N. nuclear agency has urged Iran to again suspend its uranium enrichment activities, although Tehran vowed to continue with the process.
A spokeswoman for the International Atomic Energy Agency says Mohamed ElBaradei made his request in talks today (Thursday) in Tehran with the head of Iran's atomic energy organization (Gholamreza Aghazadeh).
ElBaradei later said he has not yet confirmed that Iran has enriched uranium to a level used in nuclear power plants -- a breakthrough Tehran announced Tuesday.
