파키스탄에서 15일, 이슬람 예언자 마호메트를 풍자한 정치 만평에 항의하는 더 많은 폭력 시위가 벌어져 3명이 사망하고 여러 명이 부상했습니다.
7만 여명의 대규모 시위 군중들은 외국인 소유 업체들과, 극장, 버스 터미날 등에 불을 지르고 경찰과 충돌하면서 폐샤와르 전역에서 난폭한 시위를 벌였습니다.
보안 병력은 최루탄과 곤봉으로 이들 시위 폭도들의 해산을 시도했습니다. 8살난 소년은 총탄이 얼굴에 맞아 사망했으며 한 청년은 쓰러진 전선줄에 의해 감전돼 사망했습니다.
한편 14일 대대적 시위가 벌어졌던 라호르에서도 푼잡 대학 근처에서 15일 소요사태가 또다시 벌어져 한 명이 총격으로 사망했습니다.
또 탱크 마을에서도 폭력 시위가 벌어져 경찰이 지역 상가에 불을 지르고 있는 시위자들과 충돌했으며 이과정에서 경찰관 한 명이 부상했습니다.

More violent protests by Muslims in Pakistan have killed three people today (Wednesday) and injured scores of others.
Reporters say Peshawar is the scene of the biggest protest demonstration yet (in Pakistan) by Muslims angry about the recent appearance of caricatures depicting the Prophet Muhammad as a terrorist.
An enormous crowd of protesters -- possibly up to 70 thousand people -- went on a rampage through Peshawar, setting fire to foreign-owned businesses, movie theaters and a bus terminal and fighting with police. Security squads tried to drive the rioters back with tear gas and batons.
An eight-year-old boy died after being hit in the face by a bullet. The other fatality in the city was a young man electrocuted by a downed power line.
Meanwhile in Lahore, the scene of deadly rioting Tuesday, a man was shot dead as disturbances broke out again today near a (Punjab) university.
A violent demonstration also erupted in the town of Tank, where police battled protesters setting fire to local businesses. One policeman was injured in the clash.
