이란 외무부의 하미드 레자 아세피 대변인은 8일, 정례 뉴스 브리핑에서 이란 핵시설들의 봉인을 제거하기 위해 국제원자력기구,I-A-E-A 사찰요원들이 현장에서 작업중이라고 밝히면서 이같이 말했습니다.
아세피 대변인은 이란이 핵연료 연구와 관련해 국제원자력기구와 긴밀히 접촉할 것이라고 밝히고 있습니다.
한편, 이란 핵개발 문제를 둘러싼 미국, 유럽연합과 이란간 분쟁의 교착상태 타개방안을 모색하기 위해 러시아 관계관들이 이란을 방문중입니다.
러시아는 이란 핵발전소용 연료 공급을 위한 우라늄 농축을 러시아 영토로 완전히 이전하는 방안을 제시했며 미국과 유럽연합은 이를 지지하고 있습니다.

Iran says it plans to resume nuclear research no later than Monday, despite European warnings the move would jeopardize efforts to find a diplomatic solution to Tehran's controversial nuclear program.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi told a weekly news conference today (Sunday) inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency were on hand to remove seals from the country's nuclear facilities. He says Tehran will be in close contact with the IAEA regarding the research program.
The announcement came as Russian officials arrived for talks seeking an end to Iran's impasse with the United States and European Union.
Moscow's proposal, backed by U.S. and EU officials, is aimed at getting Tehran to completely move uranium enrichment to Russia to ensure Iran cannot produce nuclear weapons.
