북한은 미국의 대북한 경제제재 문제가 해결될때까지 북핵 6자회담에 복귀하지 않을 것이라고 일본의 산케이 신문이 보도했습니다.
보수 우익 성향의 이 신문은 4일, 북한이 6자회담의 미국 수석대표, 크리스토퍼 힐 국무차관보와 북한 수석대표, 김계관 외무부상간의 회담을 원한다면서 이같이 보도하고 유엔주재 북한 대표부가 이 같은 북측 요구를 미국 관계관들에게 통보했다고 덧붙였습니다.
미국은 북한의 일부 국영회사들에 대해 무기확산금지 위반 혐의로 제재조치를 취하고 있으며 북한은 6자회담 재개 이전에 미국이 재제조치를 해제하기를 원하고 있습니다.

A Japanese newspaper is reporting that North Korea will not return to nuclear disarmament talks until it meets with U.S. officials on resolving economic sanctions against Pyongyang.
The Sankei newspaper said today (Sunday) the North wants a meeting between the U.S. nuclear negotiator, Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill, and North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Gye Gwan on the issue. The North's U.N. delegation is reported to have informed U.S. officials of the demand.
Washington has imposed sanctions on some of the North's state-owned companies. Pyongyang wants the sanctions lifted before six-nation disarmament talks continue.
