중국 상하이 푸둥국제공항을 이용하는 여행자들에 대한 조류독감 검역을 실시한다고 중국 정부당국이 발표했습니다.
이에 따라 푸둥 공항을 통해 출입국하는 여행자들은 28일부터, 지난 1주일 동안 가금류 또는 조류독감 환자와 접촉한 적이 있는지 여부와 기침과 열, 호흡곤란 등에 관한 질문서를 작성해야 합니다.
또한 푸둥 공항을 이용하는 여행자들 가운데 체온이 섭씨 38도를 넘는 사람은 추가 검사를 받게 되고 조류독감 발생지역에 있었던 사람은 병원에서 치료를 받게 되는 등 지난 2003년 중증호흡기증후군, 사스 발병때와 같은 검역이 실시됩니다.

China's government says passengers at Shanghai's Pudong International Airport will be screened for bird flu.
Starting today (Monday) passengers entering or leaving China will be asked to fill out a health declaration form that asks whether they have had close contact with poultry, birds or a bird flu patient within the past week.
The form also asks whether the traveler has symptoms of fever, coughing or shortness of breath. Any passenger whose body temperature is greater than 38 degrees (Celsius) will be further examined, and if the person has been in an area affected by bird flu, he or she will be required to undergo treatment at a hospital. The precautions are similar to those taken during the 2003 outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome, or SARS.
