지난 9일 발생해 57명을 사망하게 한 자살폭탄 사건은 알카에다의 소행이라고 요르단 정부가 발표했습니다.
마르완 알-무아셰르 요르단 부총리는 수도 암만 소재 호텔 세 곳에서 발생한 이번 테러는 요르단인이 아닌 3명이 저질렀다고 말했습니다.
무아셰르 부총리는 부부가 포함된 4명이 이번 일을 저질렀다는 알카에다의 주장과는 달리 여성은 이번 일에 개입한 것으로 보이지 않는다고 말했습니다.
한편 부상을 입고 치료 중이던 아랍계 미국인 영화제작자 무스타파 아가트씨가 사망함에 따라 이번 폭발로 인한 사망자 수는 57명으로 늘어났습니다.

Officials in Jordan say the militant group al-Qaida in Iraq is responsible for Wednesday's triple suicide bombings that killed 57 people.
Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister Marwan al-Muasher said today (Saturday) three non-Jordanians carried out the Amman hotel bombings. He says no women appear to have been involved in the attacks, disputing a claim attributed to al-Qaida in Iraq that a husband and wife were among four attackers.
The death toll from Wednesday's blasts rose to 57 Friday when Arab-American movie producer Mustafa Akkad died from his wounds. He is one of three Americans killed in the blast. Most of the dead were Jordanians attending wedding parties at the targeted hotels.
