일본의 자동차제조기업, 혼다가 세계 최초의 모터사이클 장착용 에어백을 개발했습니다.
혼다의 모터사이클용 에어백은 양쪽 핸들 사이의 중간에 장착돼 있으며 네 개의 감지기에 격렬한 충돌이 탐지되면 펼쳐지도록 돼 있습니다.
혼다사는 이 에어백을 내년 상반기중 미국에서 시판되는 신형 골드 윙 모터사이클에 장착해 내놓을 계획이라고 밝혔습니다.

Japan's Honda Motor Company says it has developed the world's first airbag system for motorcycles.
Honda unveiled the airbag system today (Thursday), and says it will be launched in the United States in the first half of next year, on the company's new Gold Wing touring motorcycle.
The airbag is mounted between the handlebars of the motorcycle, and is activated when four crash sensors detect a severe collision.
