북한 경비정이 21일 북한 해역에서 불법 어로중이던 중국 어선을 나포하기위해 남한 해역을 일시 침범했습니다.
북한 경비정은 이날 황해의 남한 해역으로 근 2킬로미터의 속도로 남하해, 남한 해군에게 불법 어로 어선을 추적중이라고 통보했습니다.
남한 합참 의장은 성명에서 남한 해군이 북한 경비정의 침범에 관해 경고 무전을 보냈으며, 25분 후 경비정은 북한 해역으로 되돌아 갔다고 밝혔습니다.
한편, 남한의 중앙 일보는 이 북한 경비정이 불법 고기잡이를 한 중국 어선 한척을 이례적으로 북한으로 끌고 갔다고 남한 군 관계자가 말한 것으로 인용 보도했습니다.

A North Korean patrol boat crossed briefly into South Korean waters today (Sunday) to seize a Chinese fishing boat that had been illegally fishing in the North.
The patrol boat sped nearly two kilometers into the southern section of the Yellow Sea, notifying the South Korean navy that it was tracking an illegal fishing boat.
South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said (in a statement) the South Korean navy radioed a warning about the border crossing, and 25 minutes later the patrol boat crossed back into North Korean waters.
