헬리오스 항공 소속의 사고 여객기는 14일 그리스 수도 아테네 북쪽의 산악 지대에 추락해 승객 115명과 6명의 승무원이 사망했습니다. 한 그리스 항공 안전 당국자는 15일, 사고 여객기 잔해에서 발견된 음성 기록 장치와 비행 기록 장치가 프랑스로 보내진 후 , 전문가들이 추락 사고 원인을 검토할 것이라고 말했습니다.
당국자들은 탑승자 전원 혹은 대부분이 추락 이전에 기내 공기 압력이나 산소 부족으로 사망했는지 여부를 밝히기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

Government officials in Cyprus say the two black box recorders from the Cypriot airliner that crashed outside Athens will be sent to France for analysis.
All 121 passengers and crew on board the Helios Airways flight from Cyprus to Athens were killed Sunday, after the airliner slammed into a mountain near the Greek capital.
Officials say experts in Paris will examine the black box recorders to determine why the plane went down. Some officials say the accident could have been the result of decompression in the cabin, while others speculate there may have been extreme problems with the air conditioning system.
Some officials have said the passengers and crew may have been dead or unconscious when the plane went down.
A grief-stricken Cyprus has begun three days of mourning today (Monday) for the victims -- most of whom were Cypriot.
