중국은 일본, 독일, 브라질, 인도등이 배포한 결의안 초안이 단결을 와해하고 대대적인 유엔 개편에 관한 논의 과정을 탈선시킬 것이라고 말했습니다.
15개국으로 된 유엔 안보리는 전쟁과 평화, 제재, 평화유지 임무등을 규정하는 기구입니다.
일본 외무성의 다까시마 하쑤히사 대변인은 3일 기자회견에서, 일본은 중국의 이해를 얻기위해 논의를 계속할 의도라고 밝혔습니다.
중국은 일본이 권위있는 유엔의 위치를 차지하려면 전쟁중의 침략행위에 대해 보다 더 깊은 사죄를 해야한다고 요구하고 있습니다.
