Can't face (something)
Jody: Can you believe it? Our two-week vacation is coming to an end tomorrow.
Audrius: I know. I’m so sad. I can’t face the thought of being back at work.
Jody: Same here! I don’t want to go back to work. Ugh! I just can’t face it. But we have to do what we have to do.
Audrius: I couldn’t agree with you more.

꿈같은 휴가가 끝나간다는 것을 안 Jody가 “Can you believe it? Our two-week vacation is coming to an end tomorrow 그러자 Audrius도 “I know 나도 알아 I’m so sad 정말 아쉬워. I can’t face the thought of being back at work. Jody가 “Same here! I don’t want to go back to work. Ugh! I just can’t face it. 라고 맞장구를 치면서 “But we have to do what we have to do 그래도 할 일은 해야지.”라고 하자 Audrius가 “I couldn’t agree with you more 그래 맞아.”

If you ‘can’t face (something)’ you feel unable to do something because it seems difficult or impossible. 그럴 때 “I can't face the thought of attending another meeting” 다음 회의까지는 힘들것 같아.” Here is another example. Say that you are asked to give up your cell phone use for one week. I’m sure many people will think that that’s impossible and say “No way, I can’t face the thought of not having my cell phone!”
